These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gLog ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
gLog is a personal event-logging application. You define custom event types, record log entries on your device, and may optionally sync data with a Google Spreadsheet you own or control. The app does not provide a hosted cloud service for your log data.
Sync with Google Sheets is optional and initiated by you. You choose which spreadsheet to link. The app reads and writes that spreadsheet only when you trigger upload or download. You must have permission to use the spreadsheet you link.
You agree not to:
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data sync will always succeed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of gLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or inability to use the app, including loss of data due to device failure, user error, or Google API outages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and delete it from your device.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when Terms are revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
